MARKETING & GRAPHIC DESIGN FELLOW
REMOTE OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE
Cambridge Global Advisors (CGA) is seeking a Marketing & Graphic Design Fellow. Our clients span across industries, including NGOs, the private sector, and government, with a special focus on national security, international relations, and cybersecurity.
The Role:
Design & production: Create and refine slide decks (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva), one-pagers, case studies, proposals, and other client-facing materials.
Brand consistency: Edit and update existing marketing collateral to align with CGA brand guidelines.
Content creation: Draft and design social media posts, simple motion/visuals, and press releases with support from senior staff.
Promotional writing: Contribute to white papers, blogs, and marketing copy that promote CGA initiatives and services to potential clients.
Qualifications:
Working toward or recently completed a degree in graphic design, communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
Proficient with PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Canva; familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) is a plus.
Portfolio or samples that show clean layout, typography, and an eye for visual hierarchy (a class portfolio is sufficient).
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable editing and polishing marketing materials.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment.
The fellowship is unpaid and provides academic credit when applicable. The fellowship schedule is flexible, with fellows required to work at least 10 hours per week for approximately 8-10 weeks. Fellows will gain experience in the diverse aspects of a public affairs consulting firm in the national security space, and will be able to build professional portfolio pieces across decks, one-pagers, social creative, and thought-leadership assets. CGA will work with selected fellows to receive course credit offered through their colleges and universities, as applicable.
The anticipated start date is immediate, but CGA can be flexible, depending on the individual’s prior commitments or needs.
