Josette M. Rogers is a growth executive with more than 25 years of experience helping federal organizations expand mission capabilities, strengthen executive partnerships, and drive organizational transformation at tactical and strategic levels. She advises industry senior leaders on growth strategy, business development, and client engagement, helping organizations align strategy with execution to achieve measurable results.

As a Managing Director and Client Relationship Executive at Deloitte Consulting, she expanded the firm’s presence within the Department of Homeland Security Intelligence and Law Enforcement communities, by building enduring partnerships and leading multidisciplinary teams. Through these efforts she delivered strategic transformation, analytics modernization, automation, and mission-focused solutions. During her prior 17-year career at Booz Allen Hamilton, she led business development, capture strategy, and program leadership efforts across a $300M+ client portfolio that advanced critical intelligence community and homeland security initiatives.

Josette is known for building trusted relationships across all organizational levels. These relationships foster her ability to lead high-performing teams, which help organizations navigate complex operational and organizational challenges.

Josette holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communications from Fairleigh Dickinson University, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), is fluent in Spanish, and previously held a Top Secret/SCI clearance with DHS suitability.
