Josette M. Rogers is a strategic growth executive with more than 25 years of experience helping federal organizations expand mission capabilities, strengthen executive partnerships, and drive organizational transformation. Throughout her career, Josette has led complex growth initiatives across the federal sector by cultivating executive relationships, identifying emerging opportunities, and guiding organizations through periods of transformation. As a Managing Director and Client Relationship Executive at Deloitte Consulting, she expanded the firm's presence within the Department of Homeland Security Intelligence and Law Enforcement communities by building enduring partnerships and leading multidisciplinary teams delivering strategic transformation, analytics modernization, automation, and mission-focused solutions. Previously, during her 17-year career at Booz Allen Hamilton, she led business development, capture strategy, and program leadership efforts that advanced critical intelligence community and homeland security initiatives while managing large, cross-functional teams and complex $300M+ client portfolio.

Josette is recognized for building trusted executive relationships, leading high-performing teams, and helping organizations navigate complex operational and organizational challenges. Her experience spans strategic growth, business development, organizational transformation, and client engagement across the intelligence community, homeland security and federal civilian sectors.

Josette holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communications from Fairleigh Dickinson University, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), is fluent in Spanish, and previously held a Top Secret/SCI clearance with DHS suitability.
