Jake Baker, Cambridge global capital managing director
Jake Baker is a Managing Director at Cambridge Global Capital. Jake leads energy and real estate related investing and financing for Cambridge. He has extensive experience in private equity and infrastructure investing across a range of sectors including energy, alternative assets, and technology. He has helped to lead Cambridge Global Capital initiatives in both the United States and overseas. Jake joined Cambridge Global Capital in 2014.
Prior to joining Cambridge Global Capital, Jake worked for Deutsche Bank and was a member of several private equity investment teams focused on alternative energy, real estate, and project finance related transactions. At Deutsche Bank, Jake helped to design, implement and launch over $500 million of investment strategies, including funds focused on building retrofits and clean technology growth equity.
Jake previously worked for the international strategy consulting firm Oliver Wyman, where he completed assignments for Fortune 150 clients in the utility, technology, and nuclear sectors.
Jake received a B.A. in Political Theory from the University of Virginia, where he was an Echols Scholar. He lives in New York with his wife.
