Casey Dolen, Junior Account Executive

Casey Dolen is a Junior Account Executive, serving a key role in the development of client relationships and efficient internal operations. Casey comes to Cambridge Global Advisors having both security and economic consulting experience. Her most recent projects include conducting quantitative research and providing policy recommendations to NATO regarding public perceptions of security, PsyOps, and the feasibility of insurgent reintegration programs in Afghanistan. She also designed an economic roadmap for the non-profit Mid-South Business Association and Resources Center (MSBARC) aimed to promote development in the South Side Chicago community. 

Before coming to CGA, Casey served as a Presidential Fellow for the Cook County Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, where she proposed numerous policy recommendations for use by Department executives, assisted in preparing the implementation of an Emergency Operations Plan for the county, and collaborated with the Bureau of Technology on various cyber security initiatives to include hosting county-wide cyber intelligence briefings.

In her role with CGA, Casey works on multiple projects where she is charged with convening various government entities in order to strengthen cybersecurity infrastructures at home and abroad. By researching current systems and best practices in the cybersecurity field, Casey has assisted CGA and client leadership with decision-making as well as technical writing and reporting that augments final deliverables. 

Casey offers a strong analytical and quantitative background to the CGA team. Previously at the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy, she gained proficiency in data analysis, econometrics, and earned certifications in Global Conflict Studies, International Development, and Political Campaigns. Casey also spent time as the Executive Director of Global Affairs and Public Policy and provided in-depth instruction and curriculum planning as a Microeconomics Teaching Assistant. 

Casey holds an M.P.P. from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in Foreign Language and International Economics from the University of Kentucky.
